The Project
We will work under an Alliance contract, in partnership with Lion to manage a program of renewal and transformation of the site. The Program is designed to safely and sustainably repurpose the site into what will be one of South Australia’s most important inner-city re-developments.
The Project will create local employment and training opportunities, with a commitment to employment outcomes and the engagement of local businesses throughout the project.
Current Site Activities
The Program Management Team is now undertaking a series of site investigations to inform asset, services, and environmental technical studies.
We are also undertaking a heritage assessment, and collecting items of historical and cultural significance for preservation.
